It is composed of a bedroom/living room, a VERY COMFORTABLE and EASY fold out couch, a desk with TV Computer area, an American shower bathroom, separate WC, and a small yet fully equipped kitchen with table.
From this location you can access most places by foot. The studio is 8 min from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis (Island), 15 min from Notre Dame, 5 min to Bastille. 10 min to the Hotel de Ville.
There are also 4 metros and 3 buses very close by.
Right down the street you will find Fresh food Markets, fashion shops, Art galleries, typical cafés and restaurants. Many Museums just around the corner (Musée Victor Hugo, Hotel Sully, Musée Carnavalet, Picasso) & much more
The studio: All windows look onto the building's inside courtyard. NO street/car Noise!!
The apartment is decorated in soft and natural tones and textures, with linen and silk, velvet curtains and lamps, ceramic painted tile, natural wood counter and desk, tinted stone floors and soft lights.
The couch in the living room folds out into an extremely comfortable double bed made for everyday use. The fold out system is VERY easy to work.
All the electrical equipment ( flat LCD TV, DVD, Music System, Cable and WIFI) are above the desk and can be hidden away with a roll down linen curtain.
The separate Kitchen is fully equipped.

If you decide to book the apartment, I will be there to meet you at the apartment and explain how everything works. As I live in Paris I will happily share my knowledge, insight and experience.
Reservation and Payment: Once I confirm availability, if you wish to book the apartment, I will email you a rental agreement along with useful information on the apartment, the neighborhood, and transportation.
In order to reserve the apartment, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable unless I am able to re-rent your dates.
For the deposit, I accept Wire transfers into my French account (a 25 euro additional charge) or a Paypal payment (15 Euro extra charge).
