We spent a week in that apartment and we were really satisfied. It's on the ground floor, close to the pool, which was very nice. Since it's very quiet, it was like having a personal pool where we could read and have a drink.
The apartment was clean and functional and the neighboors are quiet and respectful.
The small kitchen is well furnished with a microwave and a toaster oven. Plenty of dishwares and glasses.
Many amenities int the bathroom : towels, soap, shampoo even mouthwash but no hairdryer (maybe next year??!?)
Nice flat screen tv with a lot of channels but we would have like to have a couple of French-speaking channels.
The apartment is close to all the services : grocery store, drugstore and restaurants. The add doesn't lie we were able to go by foot to the Sony Ericsson Open. Also walking distance from the beach.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and we're hoping to come back next year
