Location, Location, Location!

This condo is located only a few short blocks from the center of downtown Hendersonville - a very easy walk or drive. It is very much as described in the listing and the pictures are accurate. It is comfortable and very clean. Lots of nice towels, wash cloths and blankets are provided.
There are large windows with plantation shutters that allow lots of natural light in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and den. I loved that the windows on the back of the building looked out into a small grove of trees - including a babbling creek. I also liked that the end windows looked out across the railroad tracks and beyond.
There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. These are a few that we tried: Never Blue - great atmosphere and tapas; Square 1 - wonderful French stew; Hotdog World - had read such great reviews from the locals that we just had to try it - and, the hotdogs and hamburgers are very good!
Things to be prepared for are: No hairdryers, only 4 wire hangers in the master closet and none in the guest closet, limited number of dishes (4 place setting) and spoons; no games; DVD player - but, no DVD's (the cases were there, but empty); no need to bring charcoal, the grill is electric; no Kleenex
This is a great place. We would definitely stay here again!

Owner's Response: As of 11/16/09 There are now hairdryers in both bathrooms, hangers in all closets, more dishes, some games, and some DVDs have been added. So this should take care of all the creature comforts for your visit. You wont regret staying at this awesome condo. Thanks for the nice review.
