The property is located 1/8 mile from the center of Siasconset Village. It is due west of the village on Sunset Ridge which is parallel to Lincoln and Burnell Street a short walk to the village. There is plenty of parking and very close to the Sankaty Golf Course the Siasconset Casino/Tennis and the beginning of two bike paths in Siasconset. It is also within easy walking to the public beach in Siasconset. It is also within walking distance to 4 gourmet restaurants in Siasconset.
