This property is located on a quiet, family oriented section of beautiful 31A, between Sandestin and Panama City. It has a beautiful view, overlooking the complex two pools, with the Gulf on the far side. The walk to the beach is less than 100 yards. This smoke-free unit has been professionally decorated with high quality furniture. The living room has a 42' high definition TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed to produce meals for an entire family. Numerous shopping and dining areas are located within a short drive.

We have great fun every time we go !! We love it there. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation !! Been there four times so far. Will stay at this resort property again, without hesitation.

This area is extremely relaxing and quiet. The Locals are very friendly and helpful. There are several very good dining options nearby. And have I mentioned the dolphins, bike riding, hiking and aircraft museum yet ? It's a blast !!

Especially enjoy the very large balcony and nice view of the ocean. The beach is gorgeous. The location is fabulous because you walk steps from your room, past the two pools and jacuzzi, right out to the beach. The condo is great, fully equipped, decorated nicely and it makes you feel like you're in a tropical home and not at a hotel.

The property is nicely landscaped and very clean. The office staff is attentive as is the beach chair set-up service!

There are several State Parks close by. And it's just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach to the south and Destin to the north.

We enjoyed are recent stay at your condo. We come every year and it just keeps getting better. The condo is spacious and has all the amentities of being at home. It's a great place for a family vaction or a quiet getaway for two. We love the fact that it is in the middle of Destin and Panama City so there are many options for dining and shopping.
