The bright, spacious and clean apartment is located on the lower floor of the house. The upper floor is individually owned and is usually NOT RENTED during your presence, so you always are the sole user of the object, at least in the summer months.

The house is located on the Cumbre del Sol in a quiet residential street. Children to play on the property, as it is completely fenced.

The bright and friendly apartment offers the following amenities:

2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes

1 bathroom with shower and toilet and sink

1 fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, and a small portable dishwasher

1 living room with SAT-TV and radio / CD player with adjoining open dining area. From here you go to the 35 m² terrace (partly covered). The sun terrace has to enjoy the afternoon sun and can be wonderful sea views with a glass of wine or having breakfast. A table for 4 persons, and sun loungers are available here and with a sea view, you can come unwind for you.

Air conditioning is not available in the apartment. But this is not necessary due to the orientation of the apartment, even in the hot summer months.

Usable is also a west terrace at the entrance of the house. Thus, you can also store up into the evening, enjoying the last rays of sun.

The apartment has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Within the property there is a parking lot and you can park outside.

To the great, lovely communal pool area with children's pool is only a few minutes walk. Even in high season only a few bathers are to be found.

It is only 5 minutes away by car gravel beach Cala Morraig. If you prefer a sandy beach, you can drive (20 minutes) to Moraira (about 13 minutes away by car), Javea and Calpe.

IMPORTANT:

I can offer you a cheap car rental from airport at very favorable conditions and accept the booking there for you.

Benitachell is situated between Moraira and Teulada. Benitachell is known for its Urbanisación "Cumbre del Sol" (Sun Summit). From the mid-70s, the 2 km long cliff was developed and populated. A part is still under protection. The highest peak - Puig Llorença (LORENSA) - protrudes 440 m from the sea. It has a look up there to the highest peaks of the environment such as the Montgo in Javea, the Penon de Ifach in Calpe and the mountain range of the Sierra Bernia in the hinterland.

To Moraira town center is only a 10 minute drive. Here you can go really great stroll. There have been many boutiques located with international designers, as well as many restaurants and bars.

The marina of Moraira is without doubt one of the most beautiful marinas of the Valencian Community. Year after year, the beach and the port of Moraira with the EU Blue Flag is awarded.
