The Resident's Club House:
The Resident's Club House has a huge pool, an enormous out door deck with gas grills and wireless internet. The clubhouse has a work out facility that is state of the art. In the club house's kitchen there is a commercial ice maker and a place for you to make meals for big parties. This will wind up being a place, when your not relaxing in the condo, to hang out and enjoy what it has to offer.
River House and Marina:
Perched on the banks of the Lockwood Folly river is the River House and Marian. The marina is a small, but it can hold about 10 boats under 28 feet in length. Next to the marina, is the River House, a great place to relax. There are books available for you to read, a fire pit, hammocks, chairs and a variety of other activities.
The Beach Club House:
Last but not lease, on Holden Beach is the Private beach club house. The Beach Club House looks to the east over the sand and the Atlantic Ocean. It offers private parking, bathrooms and showers. There is a community fridge where you can keep your drinks cold and you wont have to drag a cooler out on the beach. There is a pool, for those of you that don't particularly care to be on the beach or in salt water. You can enjoy the pool as the family frolics in the sand and ocean.
Golf:
Carolina National Golf Club is a 27-hole Fred Couples signature golf facility set along the Lockwood Folly River. Carved out of low-country marshlands, the course offers golfers an endless variety of playing experiences. It has been recognized by Golf Digest as one of the finest courses on the eastern seaboard, and is conveniently located between Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Carolina National Golf Club is also an Audubon-Certified Sanctuary Golf Course. This honor comes with the responsibility to uphold the principles of environmental stewardship such as maintaining a refuge for wildlife and a healthy environment.
