Great vacation spot!

We spent a week in the cottage: my wife and I, our two friends and our two young children. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. The two outside terraces are wonderful. Even if it rains, the lower one is entirely covered so you can still remain outside to eat.

The bedrooms are small but still fine. The single beds are a bit old or simply too soft, and there are no windows in the rooms because the (noisy) A/C take up the single window. There is no lawn or outside yard. Those are the only downsides we found with the place.

The owners were very friendly and helpful.

One of the highlights of the cottage is how well it is located: in Perkins Cover, near the restaurants and cafes. I walked 5 minutes each morning to get good coffee, croissant and pastries for our breakfast that we would then eat outside on our terrace. Pure bliss.

We walked to the beach too - about 25 minutes. The trolley passes right next to the cottage if you don't feel like walking or taking the car (2 minutes drive).

Overall, this was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay very much. The owners made sure we felt welcome and the location is simply great.

My sister and I spent 6 weeks here and loved it. It is a lovely cottage, with a wonderful sunny main floor living room dining room; multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, two decks, a small but well -equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It is well-maintained and clean. The description on the site is accurate. The owner was very helpful and addressed any questions promptly.The owners take pride in the property and it shows.

The location is ideal; near Perkins Cove, the ocean, the Marginal Way, easy walking distance to town and beaches.

The cottage is comfortably furnished and decorated with affection.It will comfortably accommodate a family with two or three children (probably not toddlers) or make for a wonderful friends' getaways or be a delightful place for a couple. Not suited for people with disabilities.

They permitted us to bring our dog, which was great.

We highly recommend this cottage. It was a delight.We would gladly return. This is a wonderful retreat cottage. It allows you the convenience of a home-like atmosphere, but in a location that is near restaurants and entertainment and sights. Just great.
