NEW LOWER RATES! This is one of the most desirable condos in the Bahia Encantata complex located near the North end of Jaco Beach. The beach is a few short steps away from our condo and the large pool is even closer. Our rooftop terrace is the closest to the ocean of any rental. It's awesome for viewing the incredible Costa Rica sunsets or stargazing. There are 2 bedrooms, one with walkout to an open patio overlooking the ocean. The condo is decorated in warm tones with natural wood trim and granite countertops. We've added extra touches like 500 thread count sheets and photographic artwork. There are a lot of new properties in Jaco but none with the features and location of this one.

Notes: This is a gated complex with 24 hour security. All bedsheets are upgraded to 500 threadcount. An overhead fan and sliding door with screen create perfect sleeping conditions with the sound of ocean surf nearby. This condo is completely designer furnished and we've added photographic art. Many excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance and we've made personal reviews. We would love to be at this home away from home year round but if we can't we'd like others to enjoy it as much as we do.

condo information: We're located in Bahia Encantata on the north end of Jaco Beach. It is beautiful new construction and additional information can be found at Daystar-properties. Our rates are less than the complex rates. Since we're so close to the beach and have a rooftop terrace our unit is one of the most popular for rent in the entire complex. The only units with rooftop terraces closer to the ocean are not available for rent.

Jaco Beach: Jaco Beach is booming. What was once a surfing town is now becoming a prime vacation spot. New construction is springing up everywhere but no location is as prime as Bahia Encantata. Jaco is about an hour and a half from the capital San Jose - the closest Pacific beach to San Jose.

Local Area: There are many new construction projects around Jaco. The new high rises such as the Ramada, Jaco Beach condos, and almost all the others are a couple blocks from the beach or more and are a completely different experience than this luxury condo right on the beach. The center of town is about a 10 minute walk and there are tons of great restaurants as well as shops. A great Golf course is available about 5 miles away.
