This home has also been used for corporate retreats with many audio visual extras available upon request. No noise from night time grooming on the ski runs like some ski-in/ski-out homes.

  • A two night deposit and $1000.00 security/damage deposit is required within 10 days of the original booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received prior to 21 days of arrival will forfeit $1000 of the advanced deposit. Cancellations received within 21 days forfeit the full payment. $1000.00 security/damage deposit is fully refundable following departure if home is intact (no damage or theft-details will be on rental agreement).

Ask about special amenities available for additional charge including: delivered groceries prior to arrival, ski buddies/ski tours (kids to extreme skiers), photography/videography, childcare, private cook and arranging all types of outdoor excursions.

One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. I’ve never felt more “at home” than at this place. SOOOOOOOO organized and I loved that. Easy to find everything. We loved our ski vacation at Deer Valley and it was wonderful to stay in such a beautiful home.

Wow, Ski Access, Silence

This place is incredible. You just walk out the door, put your ski's on and you're off. Great place for kids and adults alike. My wife was able to ski with a nursing baby because you are right on the hill. It is like your own personal ski lodge. Come in for lunch, kick back and head out for the last 2 - 3 hours of the day. We had 18 people and we never felt crowded. Everyone migrated to their own place in the house. Kitchen is great, fridge is huge, bathrooms are great. The Beds are excelente'. They are select comfort, which means you get to determine the firmness of the mattress. Our baby girl slept in a crib in the huge walk in closet / bathroom. They even provided a baby monitor. Great theatre / projector although it took a teenager to figure it out, once they did it was great. Wonderful ski room, helmet rack, ski rack, boot dryer etc. This place is for people who love to have fun because we all certainly did. It was a great deal compared to other places on the mountain and for the number of people. We just did a few grocery store runs, only 10 minutes away, ordered pizza for kids while adults went out to dinner. Had a blast. Carol you're wonderful Thank you Thank you Thank you.

This place is incredible. Very spacious but has a cozy feel; this is a real dream home. My favorite feature is the ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes. Literally step out the back door, walk down the steps and start skiing. This has been a favorite place for our family to stay. We had a fantastic vacation and we would highly recommend this rental.

This is a beautiful home with everything you could ask for for a luxurious vacation. The ski in and out is easy. The beds are fantastic. The home is big enough for a large family or group. There is space to be together and also to have some private time. Everything is comfortable and very nice.
