Our rustic hut is used privately, and is therefore very lovingly, comfortably and completely furnished. One has a grand view of the 3,000 m high Zillertal Alps from the large living room window. Centrally located, but very quiet because of its hillside location!

Ski: The ski region Königsleiten-Gerlos-Zell am Ziller is located at an altitude of 1600 – 2500 m. It has 47 lifts / 135 km of runs and guaranteed snow from December to April. There are ski schools in the town, beginner's lifts and ski shops (rentals). The ski station is approximately 150 m away. One can ski straight to the house when the conditions are good.

Other Activities: Sailing / surf school, boat rentals at the lake, mountain biking, cross-country and alpine skiing, sledding, high Alpine tours

Abzüge würden wir höchstens bei der Ausstattung mit Gläsern u.ä. machen.
