Laura has experience in design and her talent can be seen throughout the residence offered on VRBO. Both live on the Westside of Wichita only a few miles from this VRBO residence. Traveling? Business or pleasure? This is a great place to mix both business and pleasure. We are leasing only long term stays specializing in housing several employees for companies and corporations. It is close to everything you need. This smart VRBO is within two blocks of Wichita Brewing Co & Pizzeria, Barn'rds (sandwiches), Hurricane Sports Bar and Grill, Ziggy's Pizza, Taco Tico, The Egg Crate, Los Cocos, Ninza Sushi Bar, Hardees. Need supplies or groceries? There are Dillons, Q.T. and Dollar Tree just around the corner. Of course, for the coffee drinkers and those early morning people there is The Bean Scene. One and a half-mile to Sedgwick County Park and the Zoo that has bike and running paths, multiple extensive playgrounds, tennis courts and shelters for events. The airport is four miles away. There are several spash parks within driving distance, our favorite spash park is Bufflo Park near Central and Maize Road. You'll love staying in this Cozy 3 bedrooms home away from home. Enjoy the nicely decorated livingroom and comfortable rec room with 2 bathes & 2 car garage in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We encourage people to review the other five properties on the westside of Wichita. None of these properties have the value & stylish modern feel that this property has. We are confident that this VRBO is unique in that it is within two blocks (walking distance) of everything a person needs during their visit including coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It has easy access to the by-pass and the Sedgwick County Zoo. One can drive to anywhere in the city by accessing the by-pass and US-54. We have queen size beds with pillow-top comforters and modern Samsung 4kTV's upstairs and down with high-speed internet for gaming. There is also a Chelsea Sofa that can convert to a bed for two children. (We would suggest booking at least four month in advance because this property unlike many others is usually booked several months in advance.)
