Perfect for one or two couples (four adults) without using the living room, and the upstairs bedroom futon can easily accommodate two additional adults or children (six total occupants). Each bedroom has plenty of drawer and closet space, and each bathroom has a roomy vanity with drawers as well as a linen closet with additional shelf space. Located just a short walk to the ski base and restaurants at Ski Time Square, and just a few steps to the free bus which will take you to additional shopping and dining in town. You can pick up a free daily newspaper and brochures about area attractions at the Check-in office, as well as a free cup of coffee. Please, no smoking or pets. Sports team participants and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in this privately owned unit. We do not provide daily housekeeping services, but additional services can be arranged for a fee.

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo! We think it is probably the nicest condo at the Rockies! I loved your decorating, it was a lovely space to spend time in and we loved the beds and linens - it felt luxurious. Hopefully we'll come and stay another time and I will be sure to recommend your place.

I'm so MAD...that it took me this long to discover how great it is to rent a condo for vacation! Talk about getting a bang for your buck. You get more than twice the space for the same cost as a hotel. Thanks for making our first experience a pleasure. From the moment we first contacted you, to the moment we checked in, you took care of all the details. We really appreciated your professionalism and obvious care that you have for your rental. And talk about your condo...WOW!! It is beautifully decorated and so spotless, and I'm very picky! We had everything we needed. Steamboat Springs in the summer is awesome! Do you think there's room for two more Ohio transplants? Let us know of two job openings and we'll start packing! Thanks again for your hospitality.

One of a kind rental !

My family stayed here in Aug 2009 and just loved the furnishings and the attention to detail. The owners have taken pride in this rental and it shows. The place is right in the heart of Steamboat Resort and only minutes away from downtown. You would be hard pressed to find a mmore reasonable priced/appointed rental.
