Within 5 Minutes of Keystone Ski Resort:
A shuttle stop is located in the parking lot of our Homestead complex. The bus runs every 20 minutes and gives you the option of skiing at Keystone Resort or Arapahoe Basin Ski Area (A-Basin). Keystone Lake offers Paddle Boats in the Summer and Ice Skating in the Winter, along with surrounding shops and restaurants. Just down the road enjoy the River Run Resort, otherwise known as 'New Keystone', where various festivals occur throughout the year. Also enjoy a huge outdoor fire pit. In the summer time the ski lifts convert into mountain bike lifts where you can choose from beginning to intermediate to advanced bike trails and travel from the summit of Keystone down to the town.
Within 5 Minutes of Lake Dillon:
Enjoy the beautiful mountain surroundings on the Lake, whether you enjoy the patio at the Marina Bar & Grill or rent a Sail or Motor Boat. A bike path runs from your Condo back yard around the scenic lake and into Frisco, CO. If you want to bike a few more miles the town and ski resort of Breckenridge is just up the road.

Choose up to three 18-hole championship golf courses, two within 2 minutes of your condo in the town of Keystone and one located in Silverthorne, within 15 minutes.
