Emerald Beach Resort and Spa is one of the most luxurious beach experiences available along the emerald shores of Panama City Beach. Enjoy your own private get away, with pure, sugar white sand, emerald green water, and a FIRST CLASS facility. Our unit has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. The pool is close, but not in front of our unit, so the balcony has complete privacy. OUR UNIT IS ON THE THIRD FLOOR, which is the entry floor over the sky-bridge from the covered parking garage, and leads directly downstairs to facilities in the building, and outdoors to a pool and the beach. No need to use the elevator. No need to wait in line for the elevator, though they are available if you have need for them. But, our unit has an interior entry-way, so there's no high, long, and narrow outside entry-way balcony to deal with, especially with children who are afraid of heights.

This professionally decorated condo has Living Room and Master Bedroom facing the Gulf--with an unobstructed view of the ocean-- another full sized Bedroom with queen bed, and built in bunk beds in the hall! With the pull out queen sized sleep sofa, the unit can easily sleep 8. The modern kitchen comes with new GE appliances and granite counter tops--fully furnished. Master bath has whirlpool tub and marble counter tops. There is tile floor in the bathrooms and kitchen and carpet in the living areas. You’ll have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the Ocean and pristine sugary sand beach from a spacious balcony.

Across from the resort, and connected by an enclosed overpass, is a covered parking garage for residents and guests only. A Starbucks Coffee Shop is on the property. A parking pass in required and provided to you. The first floor houses the main arrival lobby. This unit is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. No renters under the age of 25.

Very clean and neat decorated condo. The Owners are wonderful people who provided very quick, hassle-free services. The condo is in the middle of everything: dining, shopping, attractions. Beach chairs and umbrella is included so you do not have to worry about that. Just come out and enjoy yourself. Two pools are available as well. Highly recommend to rent this place!!!!

We had a terrific vacation. The condo was beautiful and the beach chairs are a nice feature. The location is great, real close to Pier Park and Sharky's. We definitely will stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

Grandparents and daughter's family stayed here for spring break. Great location. 3rd Floor is ideal. Appreciated the decor and quality linens. Highly recommend!

We spent Feb 2009 in this condo. Stunning sunsets; luxury master suite;loved condo, but bldg. too large; no fitness room as advertised; garage not convenient.Wish they had grocery carts. Location was good & beach area beautiful.
Owner's Response: We have never advertised that there was a fitness center on site. We also personally find the garage very convenient, especially if one can park on the skybridge floor. Thank you for the good comments on our condo.

What a wonderful and romantic spot! The condo is spacious and decorated to reflect the atmosphere of the beach...tough decision whether to sit on the deck or on the beach!! We love to cook and enjoyed the ocean view while prparing meals and dining. The sunsets and moon views were breathtaking! We can't wait to go back!
