Large fire-placed family room with Cable TV, wireless internet, and sliders to brick patio and backyard. Additionally, a cozy separate living room with stereo/CD player--perfect setting. Fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water and changing area.

Everything was terrific during our stay this week. With the bikes, tennis courts and naearby beach, and basketball,

Clean & Comfortable Cottage

This was our first time to the Cape and we were very happy that this cottage fit our family's needs. The fresh updated kitchen is very well equiped with new appliances and all essential kitchen tools and utensils. The owners also have a washer & dryer in the basement which came in very handy on those days when the laundry started to pile up. The living area and bedrooms are all comfortable and spacious. After a day at the beach it was great to wash off in the outdoor shower. All the restaurant recommendations by the owner were great, and we went to several of the local eateries - I've never had such good seafood! Marion's Pie Shop was especially good. At the owner's tip we bought the delicious seafood pie and brought it home. It was the most outstanding pie I've ever had. Overall, we found this cottage truly a home away from home. This will certainly be our choice to stay on our next trip to beautiful Cape Cod!

Perfect-close to sea, everything you need....

We had 5 days in Cape Cod for the first time, Chatham is a beautiful town, interesting, great beaches and easily accessible to the Outer Cape which is fun for exploring. The house was PERFECT. As 6 young professionals from London it had everything we needed, the facilities inside and outside were great, the house is clean and comfortable. The house is a few hundred metres from the beach and in a nice neighbourhood. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to young, old and families, it would suit everyone. I would recommend having a car.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This house was just perfect for our family of four (6 and 8 year old girls). The house is close to all the "sound" beaches which are just perfect for younger children. The house itself is very private and the inside is immaculate. It obvious the owners take great pride in trying to provide everything you might need for your vacation. The owner was also very prompt to return all my e-mails and very professional to deal with. This property is a great value and we plan on returning for many years to come!
