Private beach club has indoor hot showers & bathrooms, beach chairs, swings, jungle gym. Pool on premises. Available for your use: boogie boards, sand toys, pack-n-play, highchair, exersaucer. Just north of our private beach club is Broadbeach - stroll along the surf looking for shells, or find tide pools filled with starfish, crabs and sea anemones during low tide. To the south is Zuma Beach, where you can take surf lessons, jog along the boardwalk, or watch kite-surfers on a breezy afternoon. Across from the beach, 3 blocks from our home, is a market, beach supplies & gifts, Starbucks, cleaners, Postal Annex, and flower shop. 10 minutes away is shopping center with Ralph Lauren, Juicy Couture, Planet Blue, and other high-end shops - this area also features a playground where you may glimpse celebrities swinging their toddlers, as well as several delicious and world-renowned restaurants. Malibu is known for its spectacular beach life, but it's also a great place for hiking and biking. It’s just an hour to Magic Mtn, Universal Studios, or Hollywood, and less than 2 hours to Disneyland.

Private Beach: You will have access to our private beach club during your stay, located just 4 blocks from our townhome. Our club has picnic tables, beach chairs, a lifeguard throughout the summer, a volleyball court, indoor hot showers and bathrooms, a play gym (swings, slides, monkey bars, etc.) - all available for your use. Spend the day in the water surfing, boogie-boarding, body-surfing, kayaking...build a sand castle in the surf...or catch up on a good novel while you soak up the sun and relax with the sound of the waves.

Pool and Tennis: You will also have access to our pool, located a short walk from our door where you can enjoy floating under blue skies with a beautiful pristine view of the Santa Monica Mountains! You will also have a key to our private neighborhood tennis court.

Outdoor Areas: We have a fenced front yard, and an enclosed tiled patio available for your use. In addition, there is a large grassy area just a few steps from our front door, where children can play.

This location was perfect for our group of two families with small children. Home comes with great kid amenities and the patio area and front yard make great play areas, as well as great social areas for adults. Access to the private beach was a big hit for our families. The home location is very beautiful with the mountain views and the ability to hear the ocean at night in the back two bedrooms.
