Rio Verde is an adult community nestled in between the McDowell and the Mazatzal mountains with its signature Four Peaks directly across the valley. It is located approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Phoenix or 15 miles from upscale Scottsdale. The weather is delightfully clear and dry with winter temperatures in the 60s and 70s by day, going down to the 40s and 50s by night. There are two golf courses meandering through the community, together with tennis and swimming and hiking over marked trails in the nearby mountains. Just beyond Rio Verde itself, the greater Phoenix area boasts over 100 golf courses together with shopping, dining, sports and theatre. Day trips in the high Sonoran desert and mountains will be rewarded with spectacular views, unique vegetation and rarely seen rock formations with camera popping colors. This is a unique combination of a quiet and friendly community, golf and related leisure activities, together with Arizona's very own beautiful landscapes.

  • A deposit of 25% of the rent will be required to confirm your reservation. The remainder of the rent and the refundable security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded according to the terms of the rental agreement within 7 days of departure.

    For rentals of two months or longer, rental payments may be made on a monthly basis, beginning on day of arrival and on the same date for each month thereafter. The last payment, for a partial month, will be prorated based on the number of days remaining. Contact the owner for details on the deposit required to confirm your reservation.
  • Utilities and internet access are included. There are no cleaning charges, except for undue cleaning as determined by owner. All details are specified in the Rental Agreement which owner will provide.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home for two weeks. Everything in this home from the furnishings and amenities to the unbelievable views made our vacation exceptional. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return soon.
