We stayed at the condo in July of 2009. The unit was immaculate, and everything you could possibly want or need was included with the furnishings. The unit is also nicely located...away from the Blvd and with a view of the pool! We loved the unit's Lanai - perfect for breakfast! The swimming pool was never crowded and right next tot he pool there is an enclosed area for making meals or drinks (even to BBQ)...definitely a plus. The walk to the beach is extremely short; right across the street. The beach itself was gorgeous; white sand for miles, clean water, not very crowded. We did visit the boardwalk for a couple nights which is only a short drive away. At the boardwalk are numerous restaurants, shops, bars, and of course the sunset pier. Overall I highly recommend this property for a relaxing and fun vacation! We will be back next year!
