About Carolyn Burke
Anna Maria Island is a great place for children. We bought our condo so that we would have a comfortable place to take our children for vacation. We can fish off the boat dock. Docking our boat at our back door, with easy access to the inter-coastal waterway, is heavenly. The children love collecting shells on the beach, and the sand on the island beach is beautiful.

Why Carolyn Burke chose Bradenton Beach
We chose Anna Maria Island because the beaches are beautiful, and the island does not allow high rise buildings. This means that the beaches are not crowded, and we can walk for seven uninterrupted miles along the Gulf. The stretch of land where our condo is located is a narrow isthmus with the Sarasota Bay on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, for beautiful water views, boating and swimming. We love the atmosphere of 'Old Florida' we have found on the island.
What makes this condo unique
Our property is the only one on Anna Maria Island that has both a boat dock and a beautiful beach within 50 steps of our door.
