Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The dining table has enough space for up to six people, but if you're in need of more space, the kitchen island has six more stools available. The kitchen is every chef's dream with modern appliances (including a double oven!) and all the utensils needed to whip up memorable and mouth-watering meals no matter your level of expertise. The great room opens to an extra-large deck which allows for wonderful summer entertaining thanks to the outdoor dining area, gas grill, and private outdoor hot tub. Another great perk of this home is the washer/dryer combo on-site - it's perfect for families looking to pack light for their trip and not having to worry about washing their clothes somewhere else rather than at home. The desk on the second floor will be just perfect for folks who can't stay away from their jobs for too long. Relaxation is very important for us and that's why guests are offered access to an on-site community pool and tennis court.
This unbeatable location will be every outdoor enthusiast's dream come true with close proximity to world-class hiking, kayaking, boating, swimming, skiing, and so much more. For any skiing enthusiasts in your group, Heavenly Mountain Resort is less than two miles south. You'll also be less than a mile from a handful of great restaurants, so you can easily try out the local cuisine. For a nice and quiet afternoon stroll, visit the nearby Kahle Park (one mile away) where you can play different sports (baseball/softball field, two soccer fields, outdoor basketball hoops), take your kids out for an entertaining afternoon at one of the two play areas for young children, enjoy a group picnic, or simply take a relaxing stroll.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
