Notes: We start you out with the basic soap and tissue, for stays over a week, you are responsible for these items, unless you have scheduled weekly maid service. Maid service is available at any time, there is an additional charge and it can be scheduled with our office on arrival. Our apartments have extra bath linens. Laundry facilities are on the premises if you wish to do your own. We take care of the exit cleaning and only ask that you wash your dishes, remove your trash, and put soiled linen in the laundry basket, the housekeeper will strip the beds and clean for the next guest arrival. Beach chairs and towels for the beach are in each apartment. We have assigned private parking for your exclusive use for one vehicle per apartment at no additional charge. Guest parking is limited and must be arranged in advance with our office. We offer special long term summer rates beginning May 1st, please check with the office for the current rate schedule.
