This nice apartment is located on Ecuador Street, half a block from Santa Fe Ave., traditional avenue full of stores, book-shops, cinemas, fine restaurants, pubs and shopping areas.

The apartment offers a living-dining area with a leather sofa and dining table with 4 chairs, a bedroom area with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, unlimited broadband WI-FI internet, DVD player, local telephone service, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, gas stove, kitchenware, linens and towels.

It is comfortable with over 350 square feet. It is on a fourth floor facing the street, and gets plenty of sunlight.

This is a nice option, warmly decorated, in one of the best locations in Buenos Aires, within walking distance to the shopping centers (Alto Palermo and Abasto), restaurants (Recoleta and Sta. Fe area) and parks (Palermo).

The subway station 'Pueyrredon' is just around the corner and offers fast and easy transportation to historic spots like Plaza de Mayo and San Telmo (10 minutes). The apartment is only half a block from the famous Santa Fe Ave, 6 blocks from Alto Palermo Shopping center and 7 from Abasto. Just 8 blocks away, you will find the elegant and exclusive Recoleta neighborhood with its great restaurants, lovely stores, cafes and movie theaters, pubs, etc.

City buses and taxis are also available on Santa Fe avenue to almost any place in Buenos Aires, you won’t need to take a bus because most tourist attractions are within walking distance or reachable by subway.

    A security deposit will always be required upon arrival, and this amount will vary according to the length of your stay. The deposit is payable in cash. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after an inventory and inspection of the apartment has been completed.
  • HOW TO BOOK
    After you have received a response to your request for availability, a 50% down payment is needed to secure the booking. This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification, and we accept payments through Paypal.com. You will then receive a confirmation voucher from Paypal with the details of your stay. The balance of the stay must be paid in cash when you check-in.

    CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF STAY
    If you cancel before your arrival, the down payment will not be refunded. However, if 30 days notice is given, 50% of the booking payment will be refunded. In addition, if the stay is shortened, this will not entitle the tenant to a refund of the rent already paid. Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.

My husband and I stayed here in september and this place is totally great. It is a cozy apartment that has all what you need and in a very neat condition. Everything is clean and very contemporary. I think it has been the place with best value I stayed at in any of my travels. Very good location with lots of restaurants and shops. You will just feel like a local here!

We enjoyed our stay in B. A. The studio is small but well laid out and comfortable.
Grocery stores and other conveniences were close. We took public transport everywhere and the buses and subway were very convenient. Our host was very accommodating and helpful when we had a very early flight to catch.

A Great Apartment

This studio apartment is truly wonderful for a couple who are looking to enjoy the fantastic city of Buenos Aires. It is centrally located, with a subway station two blocks away, as well as several neighborhood cafes and restaurants, and grocery stores if you choose to by groceries. The apartment was very clean and it is exactly what you see in the advertisement: cozy, fun and full of light in the daytime. I highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

Centrally located. Subway (Subte) station just around the corner made it convenient in getting around the city. You certainly cannot beat the price for the studio. Only observation is that it is a bit noisy since close to main avenue (Santa Fe).
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
