Photos and Description of the Winter Park vacation condo rental Studio - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 2-4)

5-Star remodel. 46' LCD with XBox 360/DVD (and yes, we have the Shawn White Snowboarding game) . Free WiFi in the unit and an iHome iPod docking and alarm clock system for your iPod. Luxury bed linens, plush towels, down comforters with fresh duvet covers. This is a highly upgraded unit rented to you by the owner, it is not in the Iron Horse Resort rental pool. The owner uses this unit one week per month so it is in perfect condition- always. 'Apres Ski Check Out'. If we're not booked the night of your departure, take up to 5pm to check-out for free. The Sport Studio configuration has a queen Murphy bed with orthopedic mattress and a queen sectional sofa-sleeper with memory foam topper. The bed folds up out of the way. There is a full-sized, fully-stocked kitchen with microwave, fridge w/ice maker and dishwasher. The separate dining nook has a mountain view- a perfect place to enjoy meals or just coffee, check your e-mails by free WiFi, watch the news, or just enjoy the fire.

Notes: *Deck/Patio: Huge shared deck! Shovel as much as you want to use... build snowmen... host apres ski outside in the sun right next to the sledding area. *Iron Horse is a true ski in-out location- no hauling the kids and their gear across the base village. Just take the elevator up from this unit, go out the door and ski right down to the base village and into the Zephyr Chair lift line. Ski back home for lunch and at the end of the day (you need to ski a blue run down from Mary Jane). The ski/rental shop is just downstairs.

A full range of resort amenities are available through indoor access to all the Iron Horse Resort facilities (heated indoor/outdoor pool, 2 outdoor spas, Fitness Center with Men's and Women's Steam Rooms, Business Center, Group Conference Center, Ski Shop with Ski Storage (right downstairs), Underground garage parking, coin-op Guest Laundry Room (down the hallway). No smoking inside, no pets, must be 25 or older to rent.

Everything about this condo was better than expected. Ski/out for this place literally means walk 20 steps out the back door and put your skis on--no kidding. Ski rental on the first floor was amazingly convenient for switching equipment and storing skis. All the kids in our group thought this condo was totally awesome and played XBOX until bedtime. Kitchen had everything from blender to zip-locks. Thanks for a cozy great time at Winter Park, we'll be back next year!

What a great cozy place. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. The kids(and my husband) LOVED the XBOX(snowboarding was a favorite)The pool and hottubs were a great relief at the end of the day. We will definitely be back. Thanks
