Photos and Description of the Palm Desert vacation condo rental
Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5)

You are invited to stay at our condo located at the beautiful Oasis Country Club. The newly decorated and ideally situated 2 bedroom, 2 full-bath condominium is located on the 8th hole of this well-manicured executive golf course. There are 3 TVs and a DVD/CD system provided for your enjoyment, as well as, computer WiFi connectivity. An electric golf cart is also available for your use. The condo accommodates up to 5 adults.

The great room has a large sectional sofa, TV, gas-log fireplace and bar with a magnificent view of the golf course. The dining room features mirrored walls and a glass-top table that seats 6 adults. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and custom cabinets. All necessary dining and cooking utensils are available if you chose to cook your own meals. Additionally, there are a variety of fine restaurants in close proximity if you prefer a more relaxing stay in the desert.

An attached two-car garage contains a washer-dryer and an electric golf cart that is provided for your convenience in getting around the complex.

There is a large private front patio with a soothing waterfall and dining furniture to allow you to enjoy a quiet breakfast or lunch. The rear patio presents a stunning view of the 8th fairway, lake with fountain, and green, all framed by a backdrop of palm trees and mountains. A gas BBQ grill is provided for your enjoyment on the rear patio. Either patio allows you to enjoy the world renowned Palm Desert weather.

Your stay entitles you to access Oasis Country Club amenities. Eighteen pools and spas, as well as an eighteen-hole putting course, are included for your enjoyment at no additional charge. Additionally, there are three tennis courts, an 18-hole executive golf course, grille, bar, and dining room available for your use at very nominal rates.

Oasis Country Club is conveniently located near Palm Spring's world-class shopping, dining, entertainment, casinos, and unique desert recreational areas.

About The Owner

I grew up in Indiana, graduated from Purdue University and then served in the US Navy. My wife, Rita, attended the Ohio State University. We met in New York City, while I was still in the service and were married and lived in Alexandria, Virginia for a short time. My civilian job took me to California, where we lived for 6 years in San Diego. Eventually job transfers required a move up the coast to Camarillo, California where we still maintain our primary residence. Eventually, I got a law degree and am still practicing part time in the Camarillo area. We have always enjoyed the desert setting and spent many weeks in the Scottsdale, Arizona and Palm Springs areas.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
Why The Owner chose Palm Desert

My wife, Rita and I decided to buy a vacation get-away condominium in the Palm Desert area of California because of its convenient location and world class amenities. We both enjoy the warm, dry climate, that the desert environment offers. After looking at approximately 35 properties, we settled on the Oasis Country Club due to its relaxing life style, well-maintained common property and first-class golf, tennis, and fitness facilities. The Oasis Country club is conveniently located in the Palm Springs area and is beautifully set with a backdrop of breath-taking, snow-capped mountains and ubiquitous palm trees & mountains.

What makes this condo unique

I enjoy playing golf and a tennis and Rita enjoys tennis and just hanging out on the patio reading. We both enjoy the Club activities that Oasis Country Club provides.

Great condo. From the back patio you have a beautiful view of the 8th fairway, pond and green, with the mountains as a backdrop. The condo is very nicely furnished and definitely reflects the photos on this website. We found it to be clean and well stocked with linens & towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc., plus the kitchen is well equipped. The owner met us upon our arrival and was very helpful. Another plus is that the owner provides a golf cart for his renters' use. This is not only convenient but also saves a little money on the golf fee. The Oasis Country Club is a very friendly community and is well maintained. We were pleased with all aspects of our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Condo even nicer than pictures
Condo in great location in Oasis Country Club
Can watch sun rise and set while watching gofers play 8th hole over pond
Condo very clean and well appointed has everything you require
Close to pool and hot tub and clubhouse
Club also has 18 hole mini putt putt which you can see from Condo
Owner very friendly and helpful
Owner has full golf membership which allows renters to play at half cost
Use of golf cart nice touch
Cond in good location in Palm Desert close to everything
Oasis Country Club well maintained
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
