3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1-car garage with a 260 foot dock to the mile wide Indian River with picnic table at end of platform. 38' x 10' -350 square feet beach side porch- 50 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. Fish the surf, the dock, or go wading in the Indian River Lagoon, or maybe some night fishing by dock light for guaranteed rewards of sea trout, snook, redfish, tarpon, grouper, and flounder to mention a few. Wireless Internet available. Washer and Dryer on the first floor utility room with full bathroom. Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and gas grill.

Perfect Get Away from it all vacation

I am writing this review while still on holiday at this beautiful home truly away from home. The Perfect holiday has been found here and how can it not be when you wake up to beautiful sunrises, the sound of ocean waves and viewing dolphins off shore plus waterviews from the frontside of the home as well viewing beautiful sunsets and pelicans from the fishing dock. We hated leaving this home for any reason however we did at the request of our children to visit SeaWorld and easy 2hr drive and could not wait to escape the crowds of Orlando to relax again seaside. Truly our stay at this lovely home on Hutchinson Island was a Perfect Get Away relaxing vacation for our family. Enjoy and treasure every moment the time truly flies.

A Great family place....a fabulous vacation get-a-way! Loved early morning walks on the beach and enjoyed coctails on the river at sunset! Would definitely visit again. Thanks.
