Good Times

This cabin has everything you will need, we did take our own linens, pillows, sleeping bags, ect. but that was for our comfort.... we did use the kitchen towels and bath towels... when we went, there was no snow on the ground, but we drove right up the road to Pinecrest and had tons of fun everyday. It is cozy, but there was plenty of room for our family of 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 baby and 3 kids 10y to 7y. The BEST burger place is Andy's Mountian Grill and Cafe in Mi-Wuk, right across the street from Diamond Jims. We drive up there 6 or 7 times a year just for those burgers!
It is a good idea for you to take your own t.p., papertowels, garbage bags, tinfoil, ect... but all dishes, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffe maker..... is all there in good condition.... On your last day get up early and start the house laundry.... it took a while for just the towels to dry even with the lint trap cleaned out. The vacs work ok, but just ok, it did take forever to vac the floors to a good clean standard.... and it was a bit dusty when we arrived.... we had the kids take care of that! Overall, we had a fab time hanging out with our kids, the cabin was great for our family(except the stairs-inside and outside- and the 2 year old, but we have stairs at home too) and is more than acceptable for any gathering your family/friends may be planning! We are already talking about going back this summer... be sure to check out the little book by the tv where some guests write about their visit... my family had fun reading that and making some notes of our own..... Thanks Susie, for sharing your cabin and being so easy to work with and being so affordable!
