Captivating view from this quaint and cozy house on Lake Whatcom in the Geneva Neighborhood of Bellingham. Comfortably furnished with large fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a fantastic time away from home. Delightful in all four seasons.

Spacious deck, view of the lake and foothills, open living area and large windows that look out over the lake.

Set up with a feel of privacy, yet close enough to shopping and outdoor activities to satisfy all your wishes for a getaway.

Shared beach access for swimming and fishing. Bring your own Kayak or Canoe to experience the lake up close.

10 minutes from downtown Bellingham or beautiful Fairhaven, with boutique shops, waterfront parks and restaurants. 50 miles from Vancouver, British Columbia. An hour to Mt. Baker where you can ski, snowboard or sled in the winter or hike in the summer and fall.

Wildlife abounds: waterfowl, deer, bald eagles.

Bring your Kayaks or Canoe, or just enjoy curling up with a cup of coffee and a good book. Close to park, biking trails, walking trails and fishing. Close to town, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The home is designed for 4 people. Though it can accomodate guests for BBQs, etc., parking is an issue. Please talk with us if you plan to have any gatherings so we can help make your time here special.

Absolutely Perfect!

This is a late review, but better late than never! After living in the area previously, we knew exactly where we wanted to stay and this was even better than we expected. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the lake and even though we would go do other things throughout the day, they couldn't wait to get "home" to our cozy house. Very well stocked with towels and super clean. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Michael was so accommodating and our kids still reminisce about the water fun. We hope to come back again some day! Thank you again!

Our family enjoyed our visit to Bellingham greatly due to your wonderful home. From 18-3 years old, all our kids had a good time. We enjoyed the beach front even though it was raining and we look forward to visiting again in the sun! The busy road was a major supervision issue for those with little ones to note, our little guy is exceptionally busy. Teri was very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful little house. My husband and I wanted to spend all day sitting on the luxurious leather chairs in the living room with the picture-perfect lake view. Everything was well-stocked and clean. We can't wait to go back in the summer to enjoy the patio and beach!

We enjoyed our stay with our adult son and his wife who live out of state. All of us enjoyed the view from the comfortable leather chairs. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights in this home. Really, the pictures on this site do not do it justice. Yes, it is sort of like a "cabin" but to us it felt much more like a home. Very comfortable. Very well stocked. And VERY clean.

Our 3 year old son had a great time with the beach toys on the sandy beach area. Despite the time of year, I even jumped in the lake! The view from the house is awesome.

The Watters were very easy to deal with when booking, although we never saw them during our stay. Actually, we did appreciate feeling like we had the place to ourselves as we've had other VRBO rentals where an owner tends to hover a bit much for comfort. But, I would have enjoyed meeting the Watters and personally thanking them for a wonderful place to stay.

We will definitely return!!
