Pool heat is always included free of charge at our vacation home. We also offer unlimited wireless internet and complimentary long distance phone calls in North America.

In addition to being located near all the attractions, our villa is perfect for those who are eager to soak up the Florida sun. As the pool deck is south facing, the pool deck has sun exposure for almost the complete day. There is even a covered lanai for those wanting to limit their sun exposure but still enjoy the great outdoors.

Customer service is our priority!: We aim to have our guests feel right at home and will go out of our way to ensure that you get the most out of your vacation. Our on site management company is very professional and responsive. They are available 24 hours a day to assist you with anything that you require to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Area and beach and golf information: We’re just minutes away from the gates of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. With so many other attractions in the Orlando area you will find that our vacation villa offers the perfect starting and ending point for your busy day.

We are also right next door to some of the finest golf courses in the country such as the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.

If you enjoy spending some time on the beach, we are only 60 minutes away from Coca beach and 90 minutes away from Clearwater beach. We also provide all the beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Just bring your bathing suites and sunscreen!

Additional villa information: There is so much to do at our villa you might not want leave. You could take a stroll around the lake to observe the wildlife. Or maybe play an exciting game of air hockey or foosball in our games room. Perhaps just putting your feet up and watch some digital television, play a video game or surf the web in our cozy living room would be the best way to wind down the day.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Florida vacation home in located in the peaceful community of Eagle Pointe which is just a few minutes south of Route 192 in Kissimmee off Poinciana Blvd. This location offers a very easy drive to all the Disney attractions, restaurants and shopping (We are only a couple of minutes away from 2 Walmarts!). Eagle Pointe offers the best of both worlds as we are only minutes away from Disney World and is also a prestigious and quiet neighborhood that will allow you to relax after a thrilling day in the park.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $75 cleaning fee will apply for stays less than 7 nights.
  • We do not make any additional charges for pool heat!
  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 per week is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the reservation date. The owner reserves the right to cancel if the remaining balance of the booking remains unpaid 6 weeks prior to the reservation date.

    All bookings made less than 4 weeks before the reservation date are payable in full

    $250 security deposit required prior to check-in date. Will be refunded within 30 days after checking-out as long as no damage is made to the villa.

  • When you stay at our villa you are guaranteed to have a very restful holiday. Our 3 bedrooms are fitted to the highest standards. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom ensuite, walk in closet and personal safe. It also has its own patio door that opens to the pool area. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, spacious closet and a wonderful view of the pool and lake. Finally the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, spacious closet and a view of the front garden. All of our rooms have cable TV’s and DVD players and all linens and towels are provided

Great house, great location, great experience...

House, not a condo or semi-detach. Quiet area. Ten to 15 minute drive from everything! Heated with built-in lighting swimming pool (kids had a blast playing at night). Close to Walmart SuperStore and that made it easier to be able to pack lunches and have meals at home to help keep restaurant cost low.

Overall, our experience was great. The house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room to host 2 families. Nice, relaxing view at the back. Competitive pricing. We will definitely plan another vacation with these accommodations in mind. A+.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We had a great time at this place. Very nice 3br 2 bath with a pool and game room. The pool heat was included with our rate, which made me very happy. The pool was at a good temp. the whole trip so the kids could swim every day!

This location is great - off the main roads so you have privacy and quiet, but yet very close so you can get to Walmart in 5 minutes, Old Town in 7 minutes and Downtown Disney in 13 minutes!

Couldn't be happier and the owner was very nice to work with. Thanks for a great vacation! =)

Good villa close to Disney, great pool and lake

Really enjoyed our 6-week stay in your villa. It was fun watching the wildlife on the lake and with ducks, ibis, herons, egrets, turtles and of course the resident gator there was always something going on.The South-facing aspect means we've had sun all day on the pool deck and the solar pool heating has kept the water temperature in the upper 80's or low 90's even though we've had some sub-60 degree nights in early November. Inside the villa we love the big comfy bed in the master suite and have made extensive use of the pool table etc in the garage. The villa is well placed for access to Disney and the Interstate to Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. We'll definitely be in touch to see if we can stay again once we sort out flights for next year.

Great vacation home

The location of this home was within easy access to the disney area, shopping, and entertainment. Loved having the pond out front to be able to sit out in the lanai watching the birds, turtles and an occasional visit from the alligator. The position of the home was perfect. Bright sun wasn't in your eyes in the morning or evening facing south, but the pool had sunshine all day. The pool was always warm enough with solar heating. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but I was glad I brought pillow covers. Pillows were a bit stained.Otherwise the home was clean. Internet service functioned well and many cable stations on the t.v. Every bedroom also had a t.v.- that worked. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware but we did buy a frying pan which needed to be replaced. Washer and dryer worked well as long as you don't do too many towels at one time. Pool table , air hockey table, and foos ball table in garage in great condition. The owner was very accomodating and efficient to work with. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Stayed a month and mail delivery was a problem. No individual mail boxes at each home. I would return and I would recommend this home to anyone.

Perfectly at home

We had an absolutely delightful vacation in this house! The owner answered all of our questions and concerns in advance. All our needs were met in the home as well. The booster seat and stroller were a big help. The pool was always warm and it was perfect for the kids. We were close to Disney World, SeaWorld, Walmart and church. We all felt comfortable and at home. The view was beautiful. The kids enjoyed watching the alligator, turtle and ducks in the pond. My kids were happy. My parents were happy. That always makes for a good vacation :)
