This spacious town home is located on the third fairway of the Ko Olina's championship golf course. Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury town home is located 18 miles west of the Honolulu airport and is centrally located between Waikiki and Oahu's North Shore -- famous for its surfing competitions! Our home features Hawaiian decor, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, beach toys and chairs, and much more! (We ask that you please respect our 100 % non-smoking environment.) While all that Ko Olina has to offer is a short walk from our home, in our 2-car garage you will also find a golf cart that you can use for trips within the Ko Olina resort, such as the beach, the island's best luaus at the Ko Olina Beach Club and Paradise Cove, Roy's gourmet restaurant, or Long Board's beach restaurant to watch the spectacular sunsets.   • We offer Maid Services. Arriving late? We can provide essential groceries to get you started!
  • We accept Credit Cards via PayPal! There is a 3% charge for U.S. and 4% charge International when using a credit card. Initial Reservation Deposit: $750 (within 10 days of verbal/email agreement). Once received, this deposit guarantees your reserved dates. The $750 deposit will be refunded to you within 10 business days after your departure, subject to unit inspection. The total rent, including taxes and cleaning fee, is due 60 days prior to arrival check-in date. Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation 60 calendar days prior to your agreed upon date of arrival, your $750 deposit is fully refundable, minus a $100 service fee. However, if you cancel your reservation 59 or less calendar days prior to your agreed upon date of arrival, your $750 deposit is not refundable. Our weekly rate on is based on actual usage days of our monthly rental. Usage days determines rental rate for your monthly rental. Additional fee's apply for extra guests if agreed upon prior to reservation.
  • Our minimum monthly usage rate is defined as 7 days/6 nights.

    NUMBER OF GUESTS: Our rental agreement is based on number of guests registered during our booking process. Any additional guests added at a later date will first need written approval from us and applicable charge will apply as per our rental agreement. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests for our condominium is limited to six (6) persons; described as a maximum of (4) adults or per agreement prior to rental. Our third bedroom is set up with bunk beds that are rated for children/adults under 150 lbs. Our agreement is for the amount of persons submitted when rental amounts were agreed upon. If any future guests are added up to our maximum of (6) guests, there will be an additional charge of $150.00 per person, per night and must be agreed to in writing a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date. Failure to not inform us of additional guests will forfeit your security deposit and rental immediately.

Family holiday - Summer 2009.

We - a family of five - just returned from a wonderful one month stay at this property at Ko Olina. The property is exactly as listed in the description (internet, very nice BBQ etc), well kept and clean on take over. The owner provided excellent and prompt service with any questions prior to take over and during our stay. As a family with three children the location (& the golf cart not to forget) made it very easy to go for a quick swim in the pool in the compound of the townhouse or for a quick or longer beach trip to one of the langoons inside the main resort area. If you are a golfer the resort has a very nice golf course, which also offers Golf Academy for children. Shopping, movie theather and "outside" restaurant are a quick 10 minutes drive away in the nearest town by car. We highly recommend this property and its owner.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Amazing Place!

The property and location was everything we were looking for our vacation. We had 2 kids, one 2 years old and the other 7 months old. In addition, my in-laws came too. Target and Costco was only 10 minutes away, great for us to stock up on food and necessities for the week.

The place had everything we needed to make us feel at home in paradise. For example, it was great they already had a crib and high chair. The golf cart was really fun for the family for daily trips to the lagoons. We visited all of them and our favorite was lagoon 2. All the beach equipment was also great. Our 2 year old loved the mickey mouse ring float and all the sand toys. She never wanted to leave the beach. We also lucked out and saw 2 sea turtles in turtle cove. We also swam in the pool everyday. Loved how the pool was clean and not too much chlorine for the kids. We enjoyed eating in most nights. Also, loved being able to grill too. We also liked that all rooms had air conditioning and fans.

Dennis and Lisa are amazing owners. They are prompt, professional and very accomodating to all your needs. They send all the necessary instructions and recommendations to make your stay the best it can be. If we come to ko'Olina again, I would surely stay again with no hesitation. I also would highly recommend to friends and family.

IDEAL LOCATION EXCELLENT SERVICE

My husband, 2.5 year old, and I stayed at this wonderful townhome for 8 sunny days. This home is in the heart of Ko'Olina and has beautiful views of the Ko'Olina golf course. I enjoyed my mornings sitting in the backyard and taking in the beauty of Hawaii. Everything is within arms reach including sand toys for children. It truly is a home away from home. The golf cart was a HUGE plus. So much so that my husband decided to purchase one when we got back from our trip. Everyone in the community (even the maintenance workers) were so pleasant and warm.
Dennis provided exceptional service and had everything organized for our arrival. We hope to visit again next year!!

Vacation Perfection Found !!!!

Family vacation perfection found with this rental. The property is beautiful, quiet and so VERY clean you will wish you could take the cleaning person home. This was our 5th trip to Hawaii but the first that we have stayed outside of a hotel, lesson learned stay outside of a hotel in a rental home (preferably Dennis and Lisa’s). Dennis and Lisa have tried to think of everything to make your stay feel like you are a vacation but yet in a home that really feels warm and inviting. They have succeeded wonderfully!! Their property is described perfectly and all amenities are perfectly described and in great condition. The golf cart is such a wonderful addition and we really thought going there it would be nice but were surprised how nice. We have family staying down the street at the Disney Resort so it made it very convenient to get there daily. It is also a life saver if you are planning on visiting the Lagoons and don’t want to wait for parking. Golf carts can always seem to find a spot. Dennis and Lisa have made sure that you have plenty of beach toys for children (we have two 11 and 8) and towel, chairs, coolers you name it and it is there. You will not be disappointed staying at Dennis and Lisa’s beautiful home. They are wonderful to deal with both before and after the rental. We will for sure be renting again and I can only hope sooner than later. We would for sure recommend this home to our family and friends.

Our family had a great experience here! It was a very nice town home with a great view of the golf course. Easy walk to the pool and just a short golf cart ride to the ocean. Dennis is wonderful to work with.
