Sick of hotels? You can rent my historic 1820 West Village townhouse.

For the price of a single hotel room, you get: Three bedrooms, a parlor with a Steinway Grand Piano, a Wolf stove in the kitchen, imported bathrooms, fireplaces, WIFI, cable, flat screen, and a full garden! Walk to Spotted Pig, Pastis, and Soho.

The house is in the middle of everything, on world famous Christopher Street, across from St. Luke's Church and playground.

By day, it is very quiet and family oriented. By night, Christopher street draws visitors from all over NY, and it can get crowded for minutes at a time. The bedrooms have hotel-style soundproofed windows and are always silent.

If you need a street that is completely quiet at night, you probably won't like Christopher Street. But if you'd like a beautiful townhouse in an amazing location, you'll be very happy here.
