Come to our home and enjoy complete relaxation just 3.5 miles away from Disney World. Our Beautiful Forest View Home is located in the community of Indian Creek. There is nothing more refreshing than waking up and taking a swim in the privacy of your own pool. You may even on occasion see hot air balloons quietly drifting in the sky overhead as you float in the pool or tan on the nicely sized pool deck. Our pool is totally secluded so you will be able to enjoy yourself, your family, and your friends with privacy. The poolside atmosphere is amazing all year with the views and sounds of the tree line conservancy. It is truly nature at it best.

Home: Welcome to our Florida Vacation Home! Enjoy the comforts of home with the fully equipped kitchen and dinette. The screened in private pool and deck with patio furniture are conveniently located just beyond the kitchen making it a breeze to safely prepare snacks and meals for yourself, family, and friends. We have a second eating area in the dining room for your fine dinning needs as well as a very comfortable living room with a beautiful sleeper sofa couch, love seat, and comfy upholstered chair. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your use at no additional charge as well as an iron and ironing board.

Theme parks and Restaurants: Enjoy the day with your family and friends at Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM,Universal Studios, and Sea World. All of these theme parks conveniently range from 3.5 to just 15 freeway miles away from our home. If you need a break from the theme parks you will find shopping nearby and don't forget to take a drive to the ocean. The beaches are 60 miles away from the east coast to the gulf coast - where you can go shelling, deep sea fishing or just enjoying the beach.

You will be just two minutes away from all of the excitement with a great selection of restaurants,souvenir and grocery shopping, golf and more. With out having to deal with traffic you can easily eat at the Outback steak house, Giordano's pizza, Red Lobster, Carriba's Italian Cuisine, Subway,Taco Bell, the Waffle House and more

pool area: Enjoy the day or after the theme parks by the privacy of your own pool. You have bushes along both sides of the pool and trees and bushes in the conservancy behind you very peaceful and very private. You can also enjoy the time to yourself reading a book or falling a sleep to the sounds of nature.

From Interstate 4 exit onto Highway 192 going Westbound. Continue on highway 192 watching the mile markers. You will make a left turn onto Formosa Gardens Boulevard located just east of mile marker number 4. Please note that Formosa Gardens Boulevard changes it name to Sand Hill Road as you approach the next intersection which Funnie Steed Road. Stay on Sand Hill Road for about a 1/4 of a mile until you reach the Indian Creek Subdivision. Make a right hand turn onto Indian Creek Boulevard. Continue driving on Indian Creek Boulevard proceeding over the bridge. Take your first right turn onto 'Oneida Loop'. Follow Oneida Loop around for a few blocks and the home will be on the right side of the street.

Golf: If golf is your game you will be happy to know that we have many golf courses within a few miles of our home. You may enjoy the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, Orange Lake Country Club Golf Course, and the Osprey Ridge Golf Course on the Disney grounds. The newest and most impressive golf course is in the neighboring town of Reunion. The Reunion Golf Course is 36 holes and was designed by Jack Nicholas, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer. This course made 'Golf Weeks' list of best top 40 new golf courses in the country.

    Deposit Fee to secure your dates will be $250. The deposit fee is applied towards your final payment which is due 10 days before you arrive for your stay. Guest will take care of any losses or damage to our home their is renters insurance that we do offer for your trip the cost is about $39.00 for your stay.

Notes: A great feature with our home is that the pool can be viewed from our kitchen and has many windows giving you a full view of the pool area. You can safely view the entire pool area while preparing snacks and meals for family and friends to enjoy. The kitchen has a door which exits right into the pool area. We have high chairs for the little ones.

My family (Husband, 5 year old Daughter, 10 year old son, Mom & Step-Dad) and myself stayed at this lovely home and enjoyed it to the MAX! The house has everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. The time we spent here was absolutely priceless to us. Everything was clean & in order and Jeff was accommodating in every way possible.

Great memories made; playing games in the pool, watching the butterflies in the back yard, grilling on the barbque and watching TV together lounging in the living room are a few. All rooms have decent size TVs and there are even 2 game consoles and video games which my kids enjoyed.

We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Thanks again Jeff and Judy for your hospitality! We will come again and also recommend to others.

This was our 4th stay in Forest View, which is an excellent villa in a great location.
It is very well maintained and clean, the recent works have made a big improvement.
It has all the facilities you could want with a great pool and deck area.
Jeff is a brilliant caring owner and will do all he can to sort any problems which arise.
The Outback Steakhouse is our favourite & is just around the corner, great Margaritas.
We will be back next year.

My Family and I stayed at the house for 10 days and it was perfect. It felt so much like home that we felt sick to our stomachs when we left for the last time. The house was exactly as described and the property was clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and eating meals out next to the pool. The location of the house could not have been more convenient. We visited all of the major parks during our stay and travel from the house was quick and easy. The owner, Jeff, could not have been easier to deal with. He was extremely responsive and made me feel very comfortable about renting from him.

The next time we go to Florida, we hope to stay at this house again.

Best place to stay in Florida

We stayed here for the month of March. This was the fifth year we stayed in Florida for the month of March and this home was by far the best. It was clean, spacious and had every thing we needed. The weather was great so the pool was a God sent. Jeff was so very helpful and very friendly. This home is located very close to all of the fun things to do. Every thing you need is right in the area grocery stores, Walmart, Target and all kinds of restaurant's. I would recommend this home to anyone. Our only regret is it is already rented for next March or we would be renting it for next year. We will surely be renting this home again.

This house was great! We were a large group and it accomodated us perfectly! The owners were very attentive, to be sure that everything was perfect with our stay. House was clean, it had everything needed: towels, bed sheets, kitchen utilities etc. Location was great, 10 minutes to disney parks, 30 minutes to Universal. We will definetly contact the owner for future travels to the area. Thank you very much!!!
