Welcome to our Florida Vacation Home! Enjoy the comforts of home with the fully equipped kitchen and dinette. The screened in private pool and deck with patio furniture are conveniently located just beyond the kitchen making it a breeze to safely prepare snacks and meals for yourself, family, and friends. We have a second eating area in the dining room for your fine dinning needs as well as a very comfortable living room with a beautiful sleeper sofa couch, love seat, and comfy apholstered chair. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your use at no additional charge as well as an iron and ironing board.
Theme parks and Restaurants:
Enjoy the day with your family and friends at Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM,Universal Studios, and Sea World. All of these theme parks conveniently range from 3.5 to just 15 freeway miles away from our home. If you need a break from the theme parks you will find shopping nearby and don't forget to take a drive to the ocean. The beaches are 60 miles away from the east coast to the gulf coast - where you can go shelling, deep sea fishing or just enjoying the beach.
You will be just two minutes away from all of the excitement with a great selection of restaurants,souvenir and grocery shopping, golf and more. With out having to deal with traffic you can easily eat at the Outback steak house, Giordano's pizza, Red Lobster, Carriba's Italian Cuisine, Subway,Taco Bell, the Waffle House and more
pool area:
Enjoy the day or after the theme parks by the privacy of your own pool. You have bushes along both sides of the pool and trees and bushes in the conservancy behind you very peaceful and very private. You can also enjoy the time to yourself reading a book or falling a sleep to the sounds of nature.
Golf:
If golf is your game you will be happy to know that we have many golf courses within a few miles of our home. You may enjoy the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, Orange Lake Country Club Golf Course, and the Osprey Ridge Golf Course on the Disney grounds. The newest and most impressive golf course is in the neighboring town of Reunion. The Reunion Golf Course is 36 holes and was designed by Jack Nicholas, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer. This course made 'Golf Weeks' list of best top 40 new golf courses in the country.
