Stunning gulf-front 1-bedroom condo:
Luxurious, 1000 sq ft, privately-owned condominium located on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining area, living room, master bedroom with king-size bed, and 2 full baths. TVs, DVDs, and ceiling fans in living area and bedroom, and there is a washer/dryer for your use. One of the living room sofas makes into a queen-size sleeper, and there is ample room to also have blow-up mattresses or sleeping bags. Your private balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, contains comfortable and lovely deck furniture. My idea of a 'day in paradise' is to eat breakfast on the balcony and watch for dolphins and other sea life, then take a stroll on the beautiful white sandy beach, enjoy the sparkling emerald green water, and soak up the sun rays during the day, then once again relax to the balcony and watch the dazzling sunset and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Regency Towers Resort Condominium:
The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 large-size swimming pools (one heated), kiddie pool, hot tub, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard court, sun deck, billiard room, and exercise facilities. This condo has the LOCATION other condos desire as it has 540 feet of private beach (almost 2 football fields). Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, and beach chairs/umbrellas are available right at the beach. Walk down to St Andrews Park and do some fishing. Relax by the pools where there are ample chairs. During the summer, karaoke entertainment is provided several evenings. During the winter, guests have an open invitation to partake in non-stop activities taking place in the Regency Room next to the lobby (aerobic classes, card and board games, pot luck dinners, craft classes, Super Bowl parties, etc). Get a game of beach volleyball in front of the condo, try out the shuffleboard court, or enjoy the swings and become a beach watcher
Panama City Beach:
The beaches are the most beautiful in the world. The sugar-white sand does not get hot-hot, the walking is easy as the beaches are wide and flat and not laden with shells, coral, or seaweed as is found on many other beaches. You are within walking distance to many restaurants, and an easy drive to many wonderful restaurants along the beach. Especially check out Pier Park and the new Margarettaville restaurant.
Panama City has been ranked #1 as a Spring Break destination as it is very family-oriented. Enjoy the many mini-golf courses, race the mini-cars, win prizes at arcades, go to the zoo, etc. Go fishing or rent a pontoon and go shelling at the uninhabited beaches in the bay.
It was ranked #3 as a Golfing community. Drive west 2.5 miles to the Panama City Beach Golf course (reasonable rates), drive east 2.5 miles to the elegant Marriott Resort championship golf course, or drive 5-10 miles to other great golf courses.
