We just came home from our visit at this incredible Regatta condo! Great kitchen that is well stocked with cooking supplies and open to the living room. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of room. Huge screened in deck where we spent much of our time. Pool/hottub area is outstanding! Short walk to the beach. Also close to nice little park. Several grocery stores close by. We were in town for my husband's knee surgery and the owner bent over backwards to make our stay a good one. Overall a great place and we would definitely recommend it!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

I had a wonderful month in Naples last winter. This 3 bedroom condo was perfect to have friends and family visit. It was clean and nicely decorated. The furniture and bedding were comfortable. It has a convenient laundry area and a well equipped kitchen. It is a wonderful location....walking distance to a lovely beach, fine dining and world class shopping nearby. Close to entertainment at Mercato. The owner was very helpful and readily available to answer any questions.

I wanted to add a few things to my review as we are here for our stay. The ammentaties are fantastic as well as the owner who is a pleasure to work with. The WI FI internet is a great feature as I use for work and pleasure during our stay. The place is always very clean and is also updated inside. It is very spaciouse and soo comfortable. We would recommend the condo and the owner to anyone considering a stay in beautiful Naples FL!

We stayed for a month here in Feb. 2012. Liked it so much we are coming back next year. Happened on the site just to stay current and saw the negative review and I talked to owner and he asked what we thought. I had the complete opposite review. Excellent place to stay. Well maintained, and pictures and description were right on. Owner was very helpful with all our questions and easy to reach. We felt the furnishings were fine, Didnt find anything broken and didnt notice any skimping. I don't know what the other reviewer does with his wedding ring in the shower but I didnt have a problem with keeping mine in place..We would recommend this place to anyone. The place is spacious and comfortable. 3 TVs were great for us and our son and daughter-in-law.We come to Florida every year for a month and this is the first time we wanted to stay at the same place again.
