Pavilion Palms is a small family oriented gated complex on Scenic Gulf Dr, new in 2001 & only 200 steps from the beach. Enjoy full, unobstructed ocean view from our professionally decorated condo. It's on the top floor of a 3 story low-rise, with only 10 condos per building, total of 30 units arranged in a U shape around a central pool. Our condo has 10 ft ceilings, 18x18 ceramic tile in living areas, brand new carpet in bedrooms & brand new furniture in LR, Gas Grill on balcony. This is a very large condo with approx 1300 SF & another 280 SF balcony. Destin has easy access to deep sea fishing & has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Many great restaurants/shopping are just minutes away. Destin Commons Mall & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, largest in the country, are both only 5 minutes away. Walk to beach front restaurants, enjoy the bike/jogging path along the beach, right in front of our condo. Our condo is very centrally located to everything in Destin.
