Escape to our little piece of paradise without driving to the end of the Florida Keys! Only 40 minutes from Miami yet located just 1 mile from John Pennecamp Coral Reef National Park were scuba, sightseeing and snorkeling tours depart daily. The park also offers a beach area as well as boat ramps to launch your vessel from. This is a boaters, fisherman's, scuba, snorkeler, lobster divers paradise! It doesn't get any better than the Florida Keys for fun in the sun. Only blocks away from the legendary Carribean Club where the movie Casa Blanca was filmed and just a few miles from the famous Tiki Bar at Holiday Isle. Our home is priced hundreds less than comparable since I am looking to add mature renters that comes back every year to share in the Keys experience. Our home is located on a full size residential fenced-in lot with your own laundry/storage room, jacuzzi, bicycles, parking and even a screened in patio for the smokers. Long term renters get a free boating adventure.

Jimmy Johnsons Fishermans Cove with The Big Chill Restaurant & Tiki Bar that includes a raw bar, martini bar, sports bar, huge pool with live bands & DJ is just a half mile away and has an incredible view of the sunset over the bay. The Famous Holiday Isle is 20 minutes away in Islamorada. Key West is only 2 hours south.The area is surrounded with great places to eat and party. Best of all our home is on a quite street within a great neighborhood. You can just relax in the hammock and listen to the breeze or ride the bikes (provided) around the area. Your surrounded by World Class Fishing & Diving! Let me, Captain Pete, show you some of the most beautiful waters and reefs in the world.
