This amazing home on South Haven’s North Beach offers panoramic views of the beach, Lighthouses and Lake Michigan from almost every room providing you with a front row seat to some of the most memorable sunsets you will experience.

Generations of families return to South Haven every year to enjoy Lake Michigan, our beautiful beaches and soak in our amazing sunsets.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beachfront home sleeps 14 and features three decks complete with hot tubs, outdoor fireplaces, gas grills and dining areas. Enjoy your morning coffee, grill dinner, watch an amazing sunset, hot tub or enjoy wine with friends and family in front of a fire from any of the three.

The main floor kitchen, living and dining room features an open floor plan perfect for gatherings. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations with an upgraded sleeper sofa. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath just steps away.

The 2nd level includes a large Master Suite with full bath and direct access to the deck. Two additional bedrooms, one with a full view of the lighthouse, share a Jack and Jill bathroom. A living room with sleeper sofa & playstation 2 makes a perfect retreat for the kids!

On the 3rd level you find another large living room with wet bar and ½ bath. This room boasts the best views of the house and opens up to the deck with conversation area in front of an outdoor fireplace. This is sure to be one of the favorite spots of the whole property.

Also kite boarding lessons, pier or lake fishing, canoe and bike rentals, and many other options are available for activities during the day. For nightlife there's the local movie theater as well as many bars & restaurants along the black river.   • $4,260-$7,950
  • The weekly rate for the Peak Season (June 22 - September 8) is $7,950 (includes cleaning) plus 6% Michigan sales tax. Our rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays are considered if we have vacancies 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Shorter stays will have a 3-night minimum and a nightly rate of $1,290.00 and a $200 Cleaning Fee.

    The weekly rate for the Non Peak Season (September 9 - June 8) is $4,260 (includes cleaning) plus 6% Michigan sales tax. The nightly rate is $710 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 2-night minimum stay required and a $200 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 7 days.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Although the minimum stay during the peak season is 3-nights, we generally do not offer the 3-night stay duration until 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the full week has not been rented. Prior to that 2-3 week period, the minimum stay is generally a one-week duration. Currently, our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.

Even Better in Person!!

AMAZING! We rented this house for an adult getaway with two other couples and were completely satisfied. The pictures don't do this house justice. It was very modern, clean and spacious. Even though we were there in the winter we loved it. The hot tub next to the outdoor fireplace is a great touch.

Absolutely beautiful place - open, airy, lots of light. Directly on the beach with great views of Lake Michigan. We especially enjoyed the balconies, the jacuzzi, and fireplaces - inside and out. The house is high end in every aspect - decorating, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry-room appliances. Enjoyed walks on the beach and to the piers to see the light house and the quaint little shops on Phoenix street. The weather was cool and sunny in November, the neighborhood quiet. Terri was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We did most of our meals at the house, but we did enjoy pasteries from the Golden Brown Bakery - YUMMY! Very relaxing getaway.

RIGHT ON BEACH!

This home has everything you need. It sits right on the beach. Big windows, great light and open concept make this house a wonderful place to entertain and enjoy the lake views. Even in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy (early November) we had good weather and were able to walk the beach and the piers to the lighthouse with light jackets. The first day of arrival the waves were very high and mesmerizing to watch. Seemed more like an ocean than a lake! We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi, fireplaces ( indoor and outdoor), grill and views. We cooked all of our meals except one at the house. The kitchen was nicely set up to accommodate more than one cook at a time. The beds were all very comfortable and house was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed browsing the shops on Phoenix street. We are very appreciative to Terri for allowing us to enjoy her wonderful Beach Glass Cottage.

The place is so beautiful. The layout is so fun and thoughtful, that the longer I stayed the more I appreciated it. South Haven leaves a little to be desired and the house sits on a public beach that gets a little busy on the weekends, but otherwise we absolutely loved our stay.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
