Thanksgiving at the Architect's House in Austin

My family and I rented this house for Thanksgiving weekend last year. It was our first house rental ever and based on that positive experience we have rented other properties in the U.S. and Canada since then. Although we have done other rentals, this property was one of the best we have stayed at thus far.
The location is great for seeing Austin, very close to 6th street and local pubs and restaurants. The residential area surrounding the house is transitional with a mix of older ranch and modern homes.
The house itself is well-maintained and clean and the owner was always very responsive to any queries we had during our stay.
The kitchen had the full range of cooking utensils for our Thanksgiving dinner and the owner provided toiletries and basic amenities like paper towels, tea bags, spices, etc. The only caveat is that the furniture in the living area is not exactly kid-friendly but we just had to keep an eye on our toddler and she was fine. The owner also provided us with a pack n'play which was very useful as we did not have to bring our own.
Would recommend this property to others for either a short or long-term stay in lovely Austin.
