Fully furnished and nicely decorated condo available weekly or nightly (3 night minimum) located five minute walk to beautiful Sullivan's Island beach, restaurants (Poe's, Sullivan's, Station 22), and children's park with swings/tennis. Fifteen minute drive to historic downtown Charleston and airport. Previous renters have been very pleased with accommodations, price, location, and cleanliness. See guestbook comments on this website.

Condo includes queen size bed, sleeper sofa, full bath, kitchen, living room, and laundry facility on-site. Unit is first floor with convenient parking at the rear of the building. Please bring queen sizes sheets and towels. Beach chairs provided for renter's use.

Sullivan's Island is a small island community rich in history and is located between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Tour the town by foot or by renting a bicycle or golf cart at the nearby Green Heron Deli. Fort Moultrie is half a mile down the street and is an interesting national landmark to visit complete with a museum, fort, and cannons.

There are many opportunities to explore art, theater, music, gardens, and festivals in the Charleston area. To name a few, enjoy the Southeastern Wildlife Festival in February, the Cooper River Bridge Run in April, the Blessing of the Fleet (shrimp festival) also in April, and Piccolo Spoleto in May/June. The gardens at Magnolia Plantation and Middleton Place are fabulous in the spring. There is always something to do in the Charleston area. Don't forget to take a carriage ride through historic downtown Charleston and visit the Market and many antique shops. There are numerous outstanding restaurants in the area.

Other amenities within 1-2 blocks walking distance include spa with massage therapist, a public library, and a park with tennis and basketball. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a side street to the ocean. Sullivan's Island has a beautiful, family oriented beach with a view of Fort Sumter, the CharlestonHarbor, and the Sullivan's Island Lighthouse.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway

This place is an absolute GEM. Unless you know Sullivan's Island as I do since I lived there 17 years ago, you cannot appreciate the location and the value of this condo. The owner is delightful and the entire beach experience was perfect. My only complaint is that I could not stay longer, but I will be back soon and often.

AFFORDABLE, CLEAN AND COZY RENTAL PROPERTY

I saw a negative review for this property and I felt compelled to write a response. My husband and I have stayed in this condo at least 4 times and we have never had a negative experience. The owner was always prompt in correspondence and did everything possible to make sure we had a good time while staying there. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who wants to experience island living. It is clean, comfortable, cozy and has all that you need for your stay. What could be better than being within walking distance of the beach? The positive reviews outweigh the negative one. We will stay here again and again and again. Hope you do the same.

Perfect condo for us!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this Sullivan's Island condo. It was perfect for us and the location is right in the center of Sullivan's Island. We felt at home with all the conveniences provided for us. The atmosphere is so friendly and the owner provided us with alot of information about the area. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a playground across the street for kiddies. Tennis and basketball courts, too. Be sure to try the ice cream and desserts at Cafe Medley. The Sunday brunch at Sullivan's is yummy, too. The beach is a short 5-minute walk and has a family friendly feel. We took lots of walks on the beach and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo has a pillow-top queen bed that assured us a good night's rest. The beachy decoratations are perfect for this condo. This is an affordable vacation rental and comes highly recommended by us. We can't wait to start planning our next trip.

Last May we stayed for two weeks and loved it!! The unit was very clean, we could walk to the beach and local restaurants. The neighbours were very friendly and we hated to go home!! Carol is a fantastic owner and really keeps up the unit. We are coming back in October.
