Located on water canal with ocean access, 1 mile from I-95, 2 miles from the Florida Turnpike and approximately 3 miles from the beach. Approximately 10 mi (10 min ) from the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Int. Airport. Fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops. Mexican tiled floors thru-out except for bedrooms which are carpeted. Bathrooms are fully tiled. Great location with easy access and privacy and in a very nice neighborhood. There is a multi-tiered deck overlooking the water which extends from the heated pool and the tiled area surrounding the pool to over the canal. Smoking is permitted outside the house.
