This 15th floor unit has the Living Room and Master Bedroom opening up to your own private balcony with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit includes nine foot ceilings, Granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances with breakfast bar, dining room, living room, terrace with electric grill, Plasma TV’s throughout, WIFI is in the unit as well as Cat-5 connections in the kitchen and bedrooms.

The Sterling Breeze property offers a 2000 square foot heated tropical pool and whirlpool spa, state of the art fitness center, fire pit, umbrella and beach chairs service, secure covered parking, poolside internet and wine bar, beachside services, wave runners, parasailing, etc. Right on the beach.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the Gulf of Mexico and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless appliances. It’s fully stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal or prepare burgers for the grill.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats six at the table with four more at the breakfast bar. It offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade the favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment console contains a 42-inch plasma television that is equipped with basic local cable television as well as a DVD player and stereo system.

The MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath. The room opens up to your private balcony and is beautifully and professionally decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. The oversized dresser includes a 32-inch plasma TV and DVD player.

The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious queen-size bed and private bath. The room has a sweeping view of Lullwater Lake, West Bay and Pier Park. The oversized dresser includes a 32-inch plasma TV and DVD player.

The BUNK BEDROOM is a kid friendly suite with a set of bunks. There is a dresser for the kid’s clothes and a flat screen TV with DVD player. This bunk BEDROOM is a seperate room with a door...not in a hallway!

The unit includes a Washer and Dryer which is conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Age Requirements - Must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Valid IDs are required at check-in.

Sterling Breeze is also located near Frank Brown Park where many youth athletic tournaments are scheduled throughout the year. Simply go through Pier Park and cross Back Beach Road.

Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS are allowed!

Beautiful condo

My family and I just returned from staying in this wonderful condo. It is decorated beautifully and extremely clean. We would recommend this owner and condo. Everything was perfect! The pool and hot tub were very clean. We have stayed in Panama City several times and this is the best condo/complex we have been to. The owner was very easy to work with. We will definately be back.

Incredible Service

This condo was nice and clean, bathrooms are very large and the balcony is great. But what makes this condo stand out was the service we received from the owners. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help us when we arrived early and also when we thought we had left a precious item in the condo. We will definitely visit here again.

Nice Place

Just did a 'girls getaway' at this property during the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The condo is well kept, clean, pretty well stocked and the deck is awesome. This place had everything we needed and there is a Winn Dixie very close by. Mornings on the deck are breath-taking. I would recommend this property to anyone and the owner is wonderful to work with.

Great owner and great condo

The condo was as advertised and better in many ways. The beds were soooo comfortable and there were many extras with in the unit (sand toys, floats, beach chairs, cooler, etc) that really did make this unit feel like a home away from home. The owner was as nice as could be and met us on property to ensure we were set for the week. I wouldn't have any reservations renting from this owner what-so-ever. The complex itself was also nice, very secure and for the most part the people working there were friendly. The only complaint and understand this is me being PICKY, was you have to have a key card to get into the crossover tunnel which half the time didn't work (no logic as to why), so many times we had to cross at street level. That aside, I would highly reccommed this condo and the owner.

Even better than the pictures!

What a beautiful condo! It was very well taken care of, had everything we needed (and more), and had a wonderful balcony with a great view of the beach and pool. The owners were great, laid back and easy to rent from.

A very short walk to the elevator and through the pool area and we were on the beach! The area is great; right on the beach, walking distance to Pier Park and close to the grocery store. The only problem I had all week was leaving….I didn’t want to go!

Wonderful time and great condo!!!

We rented from Jeff on June 4th through 11th 2011. The condo was everything depicted on this listing. We loved Sterling Breeze and Jeff's condo. The grill was fantastic and believe it or not we only ate out one night during the entire week. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook. We have been coming to PCB for the last 15 years and we now have a new favorite Sterling Breeze. I can recommend his condo and the whole resort. The location is ideal. It is close to Winn Dixie and Pier Park.
