Walk into this cozy, charming home and you will be struck by the beauty of the ocean! A slider off the knotty pine kitchen, living and dining areas opens to a deck overlooking the rocky coast of Muscongus Bay. Watch the lobster boats, read your favorite book, or walk 10' to the rocks to explore or sit and dream. One floor living, stairs lead down to a fully finished basement with additional sleeping/living area and a lovely field stone fireplace and slider to waterside patio. It is only 10 minutes to the village, and Camden and Rockland offer historic sites, museums, charter boats, great restaurants and shops within 40 minutes. The Monhegan Island ferry leaves from New Harbor or Port Clyde, both quaint artist and hiking destinations, and Pemaquid Lighthouse and Boothbay are nearby. Within walking or biking distance are community tennis courts, hiking trails, a community house offering activities for both young and old, or launch your kayak from the beach! Sunsets are exquisite!
