Welcome to this newly Remodeled LUXURY HOME located in the heart of the 'New' Four Corners, & Cagan 'Town Center' expansion. Glenbrook Resort community is internationally known for its subtle mix of that resort feel, while maintaining that 'neighborhood' charm! Inside this community you will find a clubhouse w/gym, tennis courts, beach volleyball, resort pool, games room, & scheduled activities, scheduled Disney Shuttle for our guests. Located within walking distance of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, & within 3 minutes of Wal-Mart, The new Cagans Crossing Town Centre, w/retail shops, pubs, restaurants, & a family friendly environment. Entry into this particular home begins by simply entering your own private 4 digit code into the electronic entry system, so no worries of picking up or losing keys. Inside you will step into the massive foyer, w/22 ft Cathedral Ceilings. There are 2 separate living areas outfitted w/ultra comfy, yet stylish sitting accommodations/design decor.

The kitchen has corian counter tops, a ceramic tiled breakfast bar, and everything a true chef would demand in the kitchen. The roomy main living and entertainment area is open to the kitchen, and has two sets of double sliding glass doors, opening to the massive pool, and lanai area. The Entertainment System consists of a 52' wall mounted Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV, Sony Bravia 5.1 Home Theatre/Stereo/DVD system. The outside 'OVERSIZED' Private Lanai, and 30' X 15' Oversized Pool are not overlooked, and are also accompanied by a 6 person Jacuzzi/Hot Tub. You will also find a brand new Jenn-Air Stainless Steel Infrared Gas Grill with LED night lights. In Ceiling Fan/Light and in ceiling JBL Speakers with its own stereo to really give you that luxury resort home feel. Last but not least the carpeted games room has a real Slate Pool Table, its own 52' Panasonic wall mounted LCD, and a Nintendo Wii with games. There is also pub style seating and darts.
