Located at the end of a narrow lane that ends at a quiet town boat launch, there is both seclusion and convenience to the area attractions. Launch your kayak or canoe a few steps from the door. Paddle out to Pamet Harbor to watch the boats come in and pull up onto your own private section of sandy beach with views of the harbor and Cape Cod Bay all the way to Provincetown! Provincetown and Wellfleet with their many galleries, museums and shops and are each 15 minutes, Corn Hill Beach is 5 minutes down lovely Castle Road, Truro Center is 2 miles away for groceries at Jams and Mac's Seafood for the freshest in local seafood. The Cape Cod National Seashore is an easy walk or drive as there is an underpass crossing Route 6 so there's no need to deal with the traffic. Ballston Beach is 2 miles away with it's surrounding breathtaking bluffs and extensive hiking trails. Cycle down quiet Old County road to Wellfleet Harbor and have lunch on the water!

  • What can we say about the bathrooms! The two Master Bedroom Baths are impeccably appointed with the highest quality materials and Water Works fixtures. Master bath #1 has an old fashioned 4 ft soaking tub and separate 4 ft custom ceramic tile shower, bidet, toilet and 2 two pedestal sinks. Master Bath #2 has a 4 ft custom tiled shower, toilet and pedestal sink. There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor with a brand new high-capacity washer and dryer.

Master Bed #2 also has a queen bed with a desk, sitting area with views and and private bath.

A 48' 8 burner, two oven Viking dual fuel range is the centerpiece. Add to that a Viking wine cooler, Subzero side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, two additional refrigerator drawers and two Bosch diswashers, honed granite counter tops and you have the cooking experience you've always wanted!

The house was beyond our expectations. The kitchen was truly a cook's paradise with every amenity possible. The bathrooms were luxurious, the bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the views were spectacular! The property was immaculate and the owners provided detailed information on the house as well as surrounding recreational activities. I felt very fortunate that this property was available to rent and I hope we can do it again in the future! Very, very special!
