This fabulous family vacation rental with games room and home office is only 3 miles from Disney on the sought-after Rolling Hils estate, just off the 192 at marker 5. The villa has two master suites with king-size beds with sumptuous bedding, and two twin rooms - one with a 'Winnie the Pooh' theme. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your vacation needs. The comfortable living area with leather sofas has a large cable TV/VCR/DVD and a stereo CD/radio. A dining room seats 6 and there are 3 stools at the bat. Plus a games room for the teenagers, which features a pool table, foosball, air-hockey and electronic darts. There are 5 cable TV's in the villa, 3 with VCR, 3 with DVD. Relax on our luxurious padded loungers; our south-facing lanai and pool ensure the best of the weather whatever time of year. We overlook sand pines, so no rear neighbors! To give greater privacy we have planted flowering shrubs against a trellis round the pool deck. Wi-Fi, free international calls.

We leave 2 sets of golf clubs out for your use at the many nearby courses. Additional amenities include hair dryers, and all linens and towels. So just pack your bags and come for a visit! Just one mile from our villa is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza with the Winn-Dixie supermarket (open 6.00am - 11.pm) and a variety of restaurants: Red Lobster, TGIF, Giordano's, Carrabbas plus Subway, Taco Bells. There is also a drugstore and walk-in medical center. Minutes down the 192 is a McDonalds, Perkins and many more family restaurants. Rolling Hills is 5 minutes to Disney so you can come home for a rest in the afternoon and return for the evening parade and fireworks fully re-charged. Sea World is a 15 minute drive, and Universal / Islands of Adventure 20 minutes. At Citywalk parking is free after 6.

You can go to the cinema at Citywalk and have a meal at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville. Or just sit on the south-facing lanai and enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset.
