Interior Layout:
On the ground floor is the living room with new sleeper sofa and new LCD TV. Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, granite countertops, stainless refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave. A ground floor bedroom and bath has been outfitted with the children in mind, but suited for any guests. A full bed and bunks accommodate three or four small ones. The master suite ( king bed ) and guest suite ( queen bed )are on the second floor. Each features its own private bath and deck with beautiful views... perfect for morning coffee. The master bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower and double sinks. New full size washer and dryer.
The third floor tower room has a full size sofa and wet bar with its own refrigerator and bunksYou will spend hours enjoying the stunning Gulf views sunsets and evening stars from the tower room deck !Cheerful new bedding , wood floors in all living areas. The living room and all bedrooms (including bunk room) have NEW LCD TV's with DVD's.

Don't leave your canine family member at home! We are one of very few pet friendly rentals in the area. Your well behaved pet is welcome with prior approval. Pets will enjoy the miles of walking and biking trails in the area. Pet owners will enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a quiet subdivision and no busy streets.
