This house is located in the desirable Narragansett Pier area, just a quarter mile from the shops and restaurants. Narragansett Town Beach is only half a mile from your front door and you can walk right onto the beach because the house comes with 4 adult beach passes! The house has a large and bright oversized kitchen with both a breakfast bar and a seperate dining table. The kitchen opens onto a great deck with a large enclosed yard and a Weber Grill for cookouts. The family room is decorated with a beachy theme and it has a 32 inch plasma TV, digital cable, wireless Internet, DVD player, books and games. The house has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans in bedrooms, new deck furniture and chaise lounges. There are brand new beds, furnitures and updated appliances. It truly is a charming house that is ideal for families looking to relax and get away from it all. There have been more improvements to the house since last year so book early because the regulars will be back!
