Beautiful furnished waterfront home with pool. This home has an eat-in kitchen with aquarium window which you will never use since you will be enjoying the cool evenings on the lanai. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, TV armoire and plenty of dresser space. The master bath has a sunk-in tub, walk-in shower with seat and dual vanities as well as a walk-in closet. The large living area has leather couches and tile floors for easy care. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and dresser, the other has a queen sofa bed and computer armoire. The pool is heated and has a spa seat and waterfall. There is a pool bath located off of the lanai. Everything you need is here, just bring your bathing suit and your toothbrush! Spend your winter vacation lounging by the pool or sitting on the dock watching the fish jump. This 2004 home is located in a tropical and peaceful setting(only one neighbor)but, it is close to all major shopping(3 minutes).

I would highly recommend this property to others. The home was private, yet close to everything, exceptionally clean, and very well furnished ,with everything, just like home. The pool and home were both convenient for young and old alike. This is a great place if you are a walker, as not much traffic, also a quiet place to sit and rest. . The owners went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We enjoyed the convenience of the nearby grocery stores, Regal cinema, and Christmas shopping at Macys and Dillards. Hemingways Restaurant at Sarasota (very good and great atmosphere- ate outdoors upstairs), Sharkeys on the Pier at Venice (Fabulous, we ate inside as it was evening), also Venice Beach and a beautiful trip to Boca Grande Beach. This home is a great central location to everything.
I will honestly have to say that Sharkey's on the Pier, had the best service and food I have ever had, Very informal.
