This Sante Fe condo is one block to Canyon Road, close to shopping, restaurants, galleries, and has the perfect location for a small family seeking an authentic Santa Fe vacation experience.

Recreation : Opportunities for recreation abound in Santa Fe. Skiers can access Santa Fe Ski Mountain by driving 15 miles to our local mountain. Bike and Scooter rental are available only a few blocks from our condo. Canyon Road Art Galleries are just 1/2 mile away.Plenty of shopping,dining and sightseeing are just a short walk to The Plaza.

Solar Hot Water: Our condo is equipped with a Solar domestic hot water system which provides 80 gallons of hot water per day.

Quiet Location: Our condo is located tucked away at the dead end of Laughlin Street. Many people are not even aware of these condominiums even though they are very close to The Plaza and The Capital. These condos also do not show up on a Google Map.

Other Activities: Shopping, Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing, Downhill/Alpine Skiing

The Condo is clean and close to downtown & Santa Fe Ski. In addition, the owner is friendly. My family and friends got a great vacation!!
