Blend in with the locals and feel right at home in this beautiful 1720 square foot(160 sq meters) gem. This sunny two bedroom, two bath loft is located in the cobblestoned neighborhood of Palermo Hollywood. Just one block from any number of excellent bars and restaurants and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the fashionable Palermo Soho where you can shop till your heart's content or have a drink at Plaza Serrano. It is a 10 minute cab ride to Recoleta and Puerto Madero, and easy access to the subway if you prefer (very efficient) public transportation. A bright, open living area and high ceilings welcome you upon arrival. The master bedroom and guest bedroom open out to a very private patio downstairs where you can read the morning paper over breakfast or throw a twilight dinner party. A loft with a day bed open up to another patio on the mezzanine level, perfect for some sun during the day or cocktails under the stars.

Great location with many restaurants/bars. 15 minute walk to Subte or easy inexpensive taxis plentiful.

Owners very helpful during rental arrangement and expressed concern that management company dropped ball on some of the following issues.

Internet was not available. Safe was not available due to no comibination provided.

Second bathroom shower is not usable as there is no curtain/barrier to retain the water. If used it would flood entire bathroom similar to a boat's head.

Kitchen glasses/utensils etc should have been washed prior to tenant arrival as it was clear they had not been used in a while.

Unattractive utility cable encroaching entry to building.
